About BHMP

Founded by Shri Arvind Kumar Pandey on 8 September 2020, the Bharatiya Hindu Mitra Parishad (BHMP) is a national social trust dedicated to justice, equality, and human values. Registered on 11 September 2020, the organization works for women’s empowerment, protection of animals, and the implementation of “One Nation, One Law.” Under the leadership of Shri Pandey — a lifelong social reformer from Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh — BHMP strives to build a corruption-free and discrimination-free India. The trust is also constructing a Super Specialty Hospital on 15,000 sq. ft. of land in Maho Khari village, Baba Belkhar Nath Dham Block, to serve the poor and needy.

Main objectives and movements

  1. Abolish reservation systems and all caste-based commissions to implement One Nation, One Law.
  2. Close all government and private liquor factories that are destroying millions of families.
  3. Control and prevent increasing cases of harassment and rape against women and minor girls.
  4. Restore pension for government employees.
  5. Cancel pension for public representatives and implement pension for unemployed voters.
  6. Make all food items GST-free.
  7. Stop commercial selling of water.
  8. Cancel licenses of harmful soft drinks like Pepsi, Thums Up, Coca-Cola, Sprite, etc.
  9. Hold area police officers responsible in cases of rape and murder; in land disputes, hold the concerned lekhpal and kanoongo accountable.
  10. Stop privatization of government departments.
  11. Discontinue recruitment through outsourcing in government departments.
  12. Provide jobs to educated unemployed youth registered at District Employment Offices without exams or interviews, based on their registration number.
  13. Implement One Job, One Pension policy.
  14. Implement One Vehicle, One Tax policy and abolish toll tax.

BHMP President

Arvind Kumar Pandey, President of the Bharatiya Hindu Mitra Parishad (BHMP), is a dedicated social worker from Mahokhari village in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Inspired by the values instilled by his parents—his father, Dr. Harihar Prasad Pandey, a retired Station Superintendent, and his mother, an ideal homemaker—he began organized social work in 1999. In 2007, he founded the Israjee Foundation Mahila Task Force to fight for women’s justice and dignity. Under his leadership, the organization has helped over 500 women receive justice, distributed 17,122 blankets to the poor, arranged marriages for 94 underprivileged girls, and built homes for five needy families. Despite resistance from corrupt systems and political hurdles, he continues his mission with transparency, courage, and an unwavering commitment to public welfare.
